All domestic orders are eligible for free standard shipping. This applies to the contiguous United States and does not include any U.S. territories or protectorates. Orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase unless it falls on a weekend. We ship internationally! We also ship worldwide to best serve our customers.

Returns
Returns and exchanges will be accepted for any reason within 30 days of the delivered date. Please be aware all exchanges and returns must be in their original packaging with tags attached and in “like-new” condition. Wearable items including but not limited to clothing, tights, undergarments, and earrings cannot be returned if removed from the packaging. Please ship the item back using traceable mail to the following address:

When returning an item, be sure to include a copy of your packing slip and a note explaining the reason for the return and whether you’d like an exchange, credit, or refund. Please note the refund will be for the product only and will not include the return shipping cost. When exchanging an item, please include any details, such as size or color, that are needed to process the exchange.

If you receive broken or damaged items, please contact us and we’ll ship replacements once you have provided a photograph of the damaged items.
